  • Monthly video session with your coach. This can be used as a training session, to fine tune your workouts, or anything else workout related. 

  • One to one support from your coach via email and/or Whatsapp.

  • Weekly video lift analysis and check in. Great form will give you the best possible results. Bad form will give you average results and can lead to injury. Our experienced coaches will be able to give constructive feedback and reassurance t ensure that your technique is floorless.
