  • Within your time we will warmup, chose from tyre flipping, yoke, farmers walk, log lift and altas stones. Cool down.
  • Ongoing full professional advice and support
  • Body compostion and fitness assessments 
  • Nutriton Advice and support
  • Advice in writing programs
  • Location will be Perfomance fitness - Eastbourne (unless different loaction is agreed) Memebership is not required but encouraged.
